In the New Covenant, there are things that God did, so we don’t have to do the effort. When Jesus said; “It is finished” He defeated our enemy and had a big parade (Col 2:15) and invited us to join. Joining with Him is True prosperity (1 Cor 3:9). When we ‘only believe’ and don’t let our brain go astray with fear,
worry or doubt, the possibilities are endless (Mark 5:36, Luke 1:37).

In contrast to the old covenant, where God did His part and we did our part; the New covenant took us out of the equation by erasing our sin (Heb 10:16, 17) that was really meant for rebels (1 Tim 1:9, 10). We have many examples of effortless before, during and after the law (Josh 6:20, Ps 23:5, 27:2, 41:2, Prov. 16:7), with the faith that pleases Him. Meditate for comfort and listen to the Director inside you to produce abundant life. You don’t have to think about how or when, but Who (Jesus).

Being born again is totally without works or effort, when we believe in our heart and confess with our mouth (Rom 10:9, 10, Eph 2:8, 9). It even spreads to our families (Acts 16:31) and also, Paul’s prayer to God for us is to effortlessly fill us (Eph. 3-16-19).

When we seek His kingdom, things are added to us without effort. He clothes us and feeds us (Matt 6:33). King David said; “I have been young, but I’ve never seen the righteous forsaken, or His seed begging bread” Ps 37:25

He gives us power to get effortlessly wealth (Deut 8:18). Even though Joseph was sold out by his brothers, and later sent to prison, he continued to trust God and was blessed (Gen. 41-44).

He heals us and preserves without our effort. In the book of Daniel we see the devotion of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego have a deliverance that was effortless (Dan 3:25, 6:22).

He gives us direction to effortlessly walk through every avenue of life (Prov 3:5), and His deliverance will restore us if we allow ourselves to stray or get caught up in this fallen world (Rom 7:6, 2 Tim 3:11, Heb 2:15)

When we first accept His love, the angles rejoice; excited by His joy and song (Luke 15:10, Zeph 3:17) and much more for those who received His grace and gift of righteousness (Rom 5:17). If we had to earn it, it would not be a gift (Titus 3:5). He starts us off and establishes us, and will finish what He started with
eternal life (Phil 1:5, 6, 2 Thess 3:3). Praise God! Jesus has done the effort, so we don’t have to.

Stablishes us (2 Thess 3:3)
Security forever with eternal life (Phil 1:6)
