The disciples had been given exousia power (Luke 10:19) when Jesus was here on earth. After His ascension to heaven He gave us dunamis power (Acts 1:8). Jesus said we would do greater works (John 14:12) because he went to His Father. Now that we have the Authority (the right to give orders and enforce obedience) over sin sickness and disease, we can use our power to rule and reign as kings and priests (Rev 1:6) sitting in heavenly places with Christ Jesus (Eph 2:6).

Fear is believing what the devil says. The devils only job is to make us think different than God’s word. One way he does that is to make you think God is in total control of everything (If He was there wouldn’t be any war, poverty etc. people would pay tithes, etc.) God set the system up so we would have the authority to rule over the earth (since Adam).

Since we have the authority (knowing how to use the weapons of our warfare 2 Cor 10:4), we will heal, we will cast out demons, we have power, invested in us by the Holy Spirit. The believers. If God was going to do it from heaven, He wouldn’t have told us to do it (Matt 8:11).

The best prayer is not ‘God I ask you to heal my brother’ (or God you do everything), but “I command this sickness to leave in the name of Jesus. The spirits are subject to you (Luke 10:20). Nothing shall hurt you (Luke 10:19).

Mark 16:17 “.. them that believe; in my name shall they speak with new tongues, they shall take up serpents;and if they drink any deadly thing, it will not hurt them;they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

satan is fighting a losing battle. Now that we are understanding we are the Head and not the tail, and realize not only heaven knows our rank, but so does hell, the devil will tremble and back up when we come into a room. Perfect love casts out all fear, but having a single mind (James 1:6-8) with authority casts out all.

Use your shield of faith and guard this word with your heart. Don’t let the devil ‘punk’ you and take your ‘food’. Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world. The Holy Spirit is your trainer, referee and judge. And the fight is fixed. All this is because God loves you.

One more power word:
 megaleitos (majesty, mighty power) {mega = greatest} 2 Pet 1:16  compare
megalosune (divinity)

God has given us the greatest inheritance (1 Cor 3:21,22) all things are yours. The world, life, death, things present or things to come. All power is ours. His is the glory. We are the bride He cherishes. God has given us the greatest inheritance (1 Cor
3:21,22) all things are yours. The world, life, death, things present or things to come.
All power is ours. His is the glory. We are the bride He cherishes.
