Lesson #223 Jehovah Bara

Jehovah Bara God Creates

There are times when a person is missing body parts or teeth, has a lazy eye, a leg shorter than the other, mental retardation or unable to function normally, that could use a creative miracle. The ability of God includes creating new body parts. Even when Jesus returned the chopped off ear of Malchus (Luke 22:50, 51), branches of nerve and tissue needed new parts to be whole. It took very little time. God also made Eve quickly after Adam took a nap (Gen 2:21, 22). In the Old testament, even Levite families with imperfections could not go ‘beyond the veil’ (Lev 21:21), but Jesus wanted all to have their joy fulfilled and came to save, heal and restore the children of Abraham (Matt 8:16, 17, Luke 13:16), and taught His disciples to do the same (Mark 16:15-20), without taking a lot of time (Acts 3:7).Even when Jesus questioned the disciples on their faith in creating (or multiplying) fish and loaves, He was still letting know they had the potential faith of doing this (Matt 14:16), sending trees into the sea and other natural impossibilities (Luke 17:6). He gave US authority to do greater works and to ask anything in His name, to give glorification to the Father (John 16:23). We are once again getting closer to contending for the faith that was delivered to the saints (James 4:8, Jude 1:3). Don’t let a contrary report from a good intentioned leader or otherwise move you from your post (Num 13:33, Mark 4:15, 2 Tim 2:4).Since we have already been blessed with all spiritual blessings (Eph 1:3), sit in heavenly places with Jesus (Eph 2:8) and have already began to shed off carnal (Rom 8:6, 1 Cor 2:14), mediocre (Rev 3:16) or hopeless thinking (1 Thess 4:17, Rom 15:13, 1 Cor 13:7), we are now boldly approaching the throne of God and have the confidence to rest in His word (Heb 4:16, 1 John 5:14, Col 3:16) and to rest in His anything (Matt 21:22, John 15:16). The fiery darts may come, but our shield of faith will block them out (Eph 6:16).

We have to labor to enter into this rest (Heb 4:11, 12) without having an evil heart of unbelief (Heb 3:11, 19, 4:9). It’s the kind of labor that happens in the battlefield of our mind (2 Cor 10:5, Eph 6:12). The only power the enemy can use on us is suggestion. So when we are anywhere physically, and we are tempted to think we are not like God (Gen 1:26, 3:4, Ex 13:31, 32, Mark 9:28, 1 John 4:17), we have to default to what the Word says we can do and what the Spirit leads you to do (John 1:12, Rom 8:14). There is a Yes indwelling in us (2 Cor 1:20) and He’s come to deliver abundant joy through you (John 10:10, 17:20-22).

In faith, we will not face the reality of the world, but will give the world God’s reality (Matt 10:8, Rom 4:17). Instead of praying for revival and wanting God to restore our country, the Yes in us, the hope of glory will perform miracles, with signs and wonders through us (Mark 16:17, 18). When church outsiders and insiders began to see more of the Kingdom of God expressed, there will be a guaranteed revival (John 6:2). We don’t just want the crumbs on the table (Matt 15:27). We are coming up to speed (Eph 5:16, Rev 19:7).

You can make an impact because God indwells in you (Col 1:19). In your exercise to see yourself or someone else healed, use your mind to see it first (2 Cor 5:7). Since the answer is already yes in the Spirit, agree with the provision from God and boldly speak it into existence (2 Cor 4:13). Let somebody look you in your eyes and see the assurance and confidence in you (Acts 3:4, 1 Cor 3:16). With God, it’s a done deal (1 Pet 2:24). You can do this (Phil 4:13). Let them know about Jehovah Bara; the God that creates!
