Lesson #214 The House of God

God has looked for a place to live. And though we know the heaven of heavens cannot contain Him (2 Chron. 6:18), a built temple sometimes too far away for daily travel was not sufficient to personally lead us and guide us as His own (John 16:13). We hear about His love, that is greater than any we know and we ask Him to come into our lives (Rom 10:9). We believe and receive, and we become His house (Heb 3:6, John 3:16, 14:23).

We hear about His power and weigh it with all other things we heard and attempt to make an adjustment to our personal philosophy of God (Prov. 14:12). This may be built with a history of the natural man’s philosophy (Col 2:8), a minister that missed the mark (1 Cor 2:14), our misinformation (Hos 4:6) or an active enemy ready to attempt to steal the word once you received it (Mark 4:15). But thank God, the Word will work on you and work on you until you believe, and receive it in your hearts (Is 55:11, 2 Pet 1:19), and confess with your mouths (2 Cor 4:13). God is cleaning His house (Eph 5:26).

Our inner direction that comes from God grants us access to the impossibilities of men (Mark 9:23, Col 3:15). We have been accepted, not because of our works, but because of His (Heb 9:14). We leave what the world has to offer and are ready for a life of compassion and power (Luke 8:14-15, 2 Tim 2:4). We leave our self-conscious that man received from opening their eyes in the garden (Gen 3:7), and become God-conscience (Col 3:1, Heb 10:22, 1 Cor 2:15). We have been glorified with our new birth (Rom 5:1, 8:30). God is building His house (Phil 1:6).

Christ in us is the hope of glory (Col 1:27). This sacred secret, or mystery that has been hidden from generations has been revealed to us to teach others (Col 1:26, 1 Cor 4:1). This revelation of the Indwelling grows into a powerful confidence of unmovable faith (Rom 16:25). We don’t become moved by what we see, but only moved by what we believe (Mark 16:17). The anointing of God will manifest when we settle His word in our hearts and follow God (James 4:8). Signs and wonders will be confirmed by God and expected by those around us (Mark 16:19). Since we have access to more than enough power to use in a lifetime (Acts 1:8), we also let God use our mouth to confess to others the willingness and ever-readiness of His merciful will. He wants to work through us to perform miracles (John 14:12). He will do anything if you dare to believe (Mark 11:23). God is establishing His house (2 Thess 3:3).

Faith in what Jesus did grabs a hold of what Jesus provides. Everything that God has is ours and has been imparted to us by God who lives inside of us (1 Cor 3:21). All we have to do is get it in our mind and in our hearts until we see clearly the partnership we have in God (1 Cor 3:9). The victory is ours. God is fortifying His house (Rom 8:37).

God has created a supernatural race (1 Cor 2:12). We realize that we have the victory and are not trying to get it (1 John 5:4). When you show up, God shows up (1 Thess 1:5). When you meet impossibility, it meets its assassinator. His presence is felt with Word and Touch (Acts 8:17). You realize that when wrestling against
principalities and powers, that they have already been defeated (Col 2:15) and you pick up the treasures while your enemy runs (Luke 11:22-23, James 4:7). The darts from the enemy turns into bread (Eph 6:16). You are fearless and worry free (Matt 6:34, 1 Cor 15:58). Your faith will receive every provision from God. This is God’s plan. You are the house of God!

Carry On and be constantly aware what you carry. Someone is waiting for you…
